Terms
of Sale
ALL vehicles
listed on our website are fully owned by Outback Imports and are not
just 'prospective photos' or 'possibly available' from overseas.
We often
have a number of people interested in the same Toyota truck. As a result,
in order to give equal fairness to all interested parties, please follow
the below protocol for purchasing a unit:

Contact
us to advise us you’d like to place a deposit or outright payment
on the listed unit. Providing the unit is not already in the process
of being purchased, you have 3 full business days to complete the financial
transaction. We will hold it for you. The special order deposit is payable by VISA, Mastercard, Cheque, Bank Draft, or Bank Deposit.

All deposits
for units are 50% of final price payable by VISA,
MasterCard, wire transfer (bank deposit) or
by cheque. Final balance payments are due on terms agreed upon between
the buyer and Outback Imports.

If you
do not complete the financial transaction within 3 full business days,
then the unit may go to the next buyer in line.

In the
event of purchase cancellation, there is a $500 cancellation penalty
to the deposit refund. Please make sure this truck suits your needs
AND budgets BEFORE committing!

You will be notified once the OSP has been completed and both the truck and paperwork are ready for transfer. The outstanding balance is due within 3 working days of notification. On receipt
of your deposit or full payment, we will send you either a depository
note or in the event of final balance payout, all applicable ownership
documents.
All trucks/vans
are priced, landed in Vancouver BC. Shipping anywhere in Canada is available
at additional costs.
Ownership
documents will not be released until 100% of the balance is received.
