What do you get with the Standard Outback Service Package for JDM Commercial Model Trucks?

The Standard Outback Service Package for all JDM Commercial Model Trucks (a $ 4,000-$6,000 value depending upon the model) ensures that your truck is delivered in excellent overall condition and that all mechanical components are operating within factory specification.

We sell premium vehicles and also maintain that vision when it comes to our Standard pre-delivery vehicle preparation.

If you choose the Standard OSP, your truck will have the following services and parts replaced (as well as anything that may be worn beyond the manufacturer’s specifications i.e. brakes, leaks, clutch etc..). Until recently the Standard OSP has been the only option avaiable to our customers and we feel that it represents the strongest value offered on the Canadian importing market. It is designed to save you downtime and to help further ensure that your truck is fully operational before being released.

All vehicles are sold fully compliant to the regulations of the juridiction in which they will be registered.

Listed below is a more detailed description of the STANDARD Outback Service Package (OSP). This extensive maintenance program goes significantly above and beyond Toyota’s recommended SEVERE SERVICE 96,000km maintenance schedule.

*Categories:* TESTING/INSPECTION: Complete Independent Mechanical Safety Inspection Every Truck gets a comprehensive Road Test! Phase 1 Initial Inspection and Servicing is done at time of landing from Japan. Phase 2 includes the road test. Phase 3 includes Final Pre-Delivery Inspection on the hoist and follow ups from the road test report should they arise. ENGINE: OE Quality Thermostat/Gasket/Radiator Cap. OE Quality Fuel Filter & Air Filter. OE Quality Power steering, alternator, AC belts replaced. OE Quality Engine Oil Filter. Chevron DELO (diesel) or Supreme (petrol) Engine Oil Installed. Engine Valve Adjustment including new valve cover gasket and sealing washers. Glow Plugs (diesels)/Starting System tested and replaced as necessary. High Tech Coolant System Transfusion/Flush & Conditioning. High Quality, Long-Life Engine Coolant Installed. New Timing Belt, Tensioner and Pulley (if so equipped) installed. New MAGNACHARGE High Quality Battery(s) installed. Battery connections cleaned and protected. Complete Fuel System Cleaner added. Automatic Transmission Flushed (if so equipped). Chevron ATF installed in Automatic Transmission. Power Steering System Flushed. Chevron ATF installed in power steering system. Hydraulic systems (clutch/brakes)flushed and refilled. Starter motor serviced. Turbo Charger (if equipped) inspected for seal leaks and bearing play, rebuilt if necessary. All other fluid levels checked, flushed and topped as necessary. Anything else found out of factory spec is repaired. Genuine Engine WorkShop Manual on CD (subject to availability). DRIVELINE: 4 (6 for DRW) Brand New Yokohama (DOT Approved) Tires Installed & Balanced. Brake System completely inspected and replaced if below 30% life. Chevron HD 80W90 gear oil installed throughout entire driveline. Front Wheel Bearing Adjust & Regrease (as required). Universal/Constant Velocity Joints/Steering Links greased with Chevron Grease. Front axle boots/seals/CV Joints inspected and replaced as necessary. Ball Joints greased/replaced as necessary . Steering linkages Adjusted/Replaced as necessary. Shock absorbers/suspension inspected and replaced as necessary. EXHAUST SYSTEM: Complete Exhaust System Inspected and replaced as necessary. GENERAL: Headlamps replaced with LHD versions compliant with Federal & Provincial regulations. New Wipers (3). Doors hinges greased. All exterior blemishes visible from 5m are repaired and panels repainted as required 1L of extra 15W40 Chevron Diesel engine oil. Complete anti-corrosion wax injection into inner body panels, door and seams. Underbody ‘galvaguard’ for rock chip protection Heavy Duty enamel paint applied to axles and moving undercarriage parts. All interior/exterior bulbs replaced as necessary. Exterior bodywork polished. Interior and engine detailed 355 ml bottle of POWERUP Fuel Treatment. Full tank of fuel treated with POWERUP Fuel Treatment.
