The Luxury Outback Service Package for all JDM Commercial Model Trucks (a $ 8,000+ value) ensures that your 4WD truck is delivered in excellent overall condition and that every component, feature, accessory and option is operating well within factory specification.
We
sell premium vehicles and also maintain that vision when it comes to our Luxury pre-delivery vehicle preparation.
If you choose the Luxury OSP, your truck will have the following services and parts replaced (as well as anything that may be worn beyond the manufacturer’s specifications i.e. brakes, leaks, clutch etc..). It is designed to save you downtime and to help further
ensure your truck is fully operational before being released.
All vehicles are sold fully compliant to the regulations of the juridiction in which they will be registered.
Listed below is a more detailed description of the LUXURY Outback Service Package (OSP). This extensive maintenance program goes significantly above and beyond Toyota’s recommended SEVERE SERVICE 96,000km maintenance schedule.

Complete Independent Mechanical Safety Inspection
- Every
Truck gets a comprehensive Road Test!
- Phase
1 Initial Inspection and Servicing is done at time of landing from Japan.
- Phase
2 includes the road test.
- Phase
3 includes Final Pre-Delivery Inspection on the hoist
and follow ups from the road test report should they arise.

Thermostat/Gasket/Radiator Cap.

- Chevron Full Synthetic Engine Oil Installed.

Tech Coolant System Transfusion/Flush & Conditioning.
- High Quality, Long-Life Diesel Coolant Installed.
- Inline Coolant Heater installed.
- New OPTIMA YELLOW-TOP High Quality Battery(s) installed.(www.optimabatteries.com)
- Blanket style battery warmer(s) installed.
- Cold weather extension cord for connecting coolant heater and battery warmer(s).
- Battery
connections cleaned and protected.

Complete Fuel System Cleaner added.
- Automatic Transmission Flushed.
- Chevron Full Synthetic ATF installed in Automatic Transmission (if equipped).
- Power Steering System Flushed.
- Chevron Full Synthetic ATF installed in power steering system.
- Clutch and brake hydraulic system flushed.
- Starter motor contacts replaced, starter motor serviced.
- Turbo Charger inspected for seal leaks and bearing play, rebuilt if necessary.
- Air conditioning system converted to R134a & recharged (if equipped)

All other fluid levels checked, flushed and topped as necessary.
- Anything else found out of factory spec is repaired.
- Genuine Engine WorkShop Manual on CD (subject to availability)
- 5 (7 for DRW) Brand New Yokohama (DOT Approved) Tires Installed & Balanced.
- Brake System completely inspected and replaced if below 50% life.
- Chevron Full Synthetic 75W90 gear oil installed throughout entire driveline.
- Front Wheel Bearing Adjust & Regrease (as required).

Universal/Constant Velocity Joints/Steering Links greased with Chevron Synthetic Grease.
- Front
axle boots/seals/CV Joints inspected and replaced as necessary.
- Ball
Joints greased/replaced as necessary .
- Steering
linkages Adjusted/Replaced as necessary.
- Shock absorbers/suspension inspected and replaced as necessary.
- Anything else found out of factory spec is repaired.

Complete Exhaust System Inspected and replaced as necessary.
- Headlamps replaced with LHD versions compliant with Federal & Provincial regulations.
- New Wipers (3).

Doors hinges greased.
- Power windows, door locks, mirrors, sunroof inspected, repaired as required.
- Hood & hatch lift supports inspected, replaced as required.
- Cruise Control system (if equipped) inspected and repaired as required.
- Complete vehicle checked for unpleasant noises (loose screws, etc,) and repaired!
- All instruments and instrument bulbs checked, replaced as necessary.
- All exterior blemishes visible from 2m are repaired & panels repainted.
- Interior blemishes repaired as necessary.
- Exterior bodywork polished. Interior and engine detailed
- 1L
of extra Chevron Full Synthetic DELO 400 Diesel engine oil.
- Complete anti-corrosion wax injection into inner body panels, door and seams.
- Underbody ‘galvaguard’ for rock chip protection
- Heavy Duty enamel paint applied to axles and moving undercarriage parts.
- All
interior/exterior bulbs replaced as necessary.
- 1 litre bottle of POWERUP Fuel Treatment.
- Full tank of fuel treated with POWERUP Fuel Treatment.
